A dedicated games room offers endless fun with an 8-foot pool table, foosball, and air hockey!
You can also enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV while indulging in some gaming action.

This home boasts two impressive master suites, each featuring generously sized bedrooms and equally spacious bathrooms. Both ensuites include large glass-enclosed showers and separate tubs.
Quartz countertops provide ample space, and there's plenty of cabinet storage.
Guests will find a generous supply of soft, white towels in all three bathrooms, along with liquid hand soap.

One of the master bedrooms faces the front, while the second is positioned at the rear, offering convenient patio door access to the pool and lanai.

Both master bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds dressed in fresh, white linens and come equipped with 55-inch wall-mounted TVs.

For our Star Wars enthusiasts, we're thrilled to introduce our BB8 bunk bedroom.
With two bunk beds, this room can comfortably accommodate four young Jedi.
There's a 32-inch wall-mounted TV, a closet, and additional drawer space.
Not to be missed is the illuminating BB8 positioned between the bunks, and each Jedi gets their own talking soft plush companion to cuddle with at night during their stay. 

Mickey Mouse enthusiasts will find delight in our tastefully decorated twin bedroom, complete with a wall-mounted 32-inch smart TV, closet, and extra drawer space.
Our whimsical Mickey-themed room is sure to captivate Disney fans of all ages.

The cozy living room features a three-seater sofa and two wing-backed chairs, offering a relaxing view of the lanai, pool, and the surrounding conservation area. Here, a 65-inch smart TV takes center stage.

Located at the heart of the home, the formal dining area comfortably seats eight people and is gracefully illuminated by a modern chandelier, creating an inviting space between the kitchen and living room.

Perfect location with quick access to I-4 Orlando & Tampa.
Close to shopping at Posner Park village, dining and golf at ChampionsGate and only a short drive to Disney. 

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
