der aufenthalt war toll. wer täglichen zimmerservice möchte muss diesen beantragen. das frühstück ist ok, wie überall. es lohnt sich früh zu gehen bevor alles drunter und drüber geht. das zimmerpesonal ist unmotiviert und hat nie genügend badetücher bereit gestellt, wir mussten immer nachfragen. der pool ist okay, pooltücher sind vorhanden.

Nicht überzeugend
Zimmer sehr groß, jedoch haben wir nicht die gebuchte Kategorie mit Kingsize-Bett erhalten, sondern als Paar 2 Einzelbetten, auf Nachfrage war der Mitarbeiter der Rezeption äußerst unfreundlich und meinte es gäbe keine Garantie auf die gebuchte Kategorie, ein Wechsel war nicht möglich. Im Zimmer war die laute Klimaanlage, welche auch nicht abgeschaltet werden konnte äußerst störend.

2nd time we stay at this property. We like how close it is to all the parks, hotel has a good breakfast included and an arcade and ignorant swimming pool. Overall great family atmosphere, even has a photo op section with a Star Wars droid. Parking is not included but it’s only 26$ per night and the overall stay was very affordable. Staff is accommodating and rooms are quite spacious. Next time we go to the area we will gladly stay here.

The parking wasn’t included. We had to pay for it. On Expedia website it was included. I booked for a king bedroom and they weren’t able to provide me with one. They have a serious issue with their shower, you can try whatever you want, the water goes on the floor and there is a flooding in the bathroom.

The hotel exceeded my expectations honestly. The room was so spacious, the lobby was clean the pool area is beautiful and nice for the family specially for the kids. also the game room was amazing and the food from the restaurant that they have at the bar was real tasty.
