The four themed bedrooms include a Star Wars primary suite with a king bed and TV, a Mickey Mouse room with a queen bed and TV, and Princess and Toy Story rooms with two twin beds each—perfect for kids who will love having their own special space. Every bedroom includes its own TV, room-darkening shades, bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.
Inside, the private living room has a 55-inch TV for movie nights, and the dining table, breakfast nook, and formal dining area make family meals easy. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with in-door ice and water, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, barbecue utensils, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and children’s dinnerware. Two full bathrooms include tub-and-shower combos, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and a hair dryer.
Outside, the private pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet deep and is paired with a privacy-screened lanai, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and poolside dining for relaxed meals in the fresh air. The game room adds fun for all ages with ping pong, a pool table, board games, books, and reading material. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the crib, Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, booster seat, baby safety gates, outlet covers, children’s books, toys, and nearby outdoor playground. Long-term stays of 28+ days are welcome, and essentials like a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron, cleaning products, fast Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and a dedicated workspace add convenience for longer stays, remote work, or school.

You’ll be close to the area’s biggest attractions, with Disney’s Animal Kingdom about 10 minutes away, EPCOT about 18 minutes away, and Universal about 30 minutes away, making this home a convenient base for park days and family outings. Nearby dining, Walmart, and Target make it easy to stock up on groceries, snacks, and anything you may need during your stay. Please note that while the house is single level with no stairs, it does not meet 32-inch-wide doorway accessibility standards. All doorways are 31 inches wide, and light switches are placed lower throughout the home. Cleaning is available during your stay upon request. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
