Escape to your happy place when you book this modern, two-story home right in the heart of Kissimmee! Nestled in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, you'll be just minutes away from the world-famous theme parks.

POOL HEATER INFORMATION:
Pool Heating is optional for an extra $35 + tax (13.5%) per day and this must be requested at the time of the booking or at least 3 days prior to check in.
Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation or for a minimum of 5 days straight.
Heater Machine is on from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and temperature is set between 82 F to 88 F degrees.
(Please note the pool takes a little while to get WARM, and it's not a hot tub or a jacuzzi).
The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures.
We recommend pool heating from January to May and September to December.
Kindly inform us if you want the pool heating and we can add the amount to your reservation or if it's Airbnb, we can send you a payment request after you complete your booking.

BBQ GRILL RENTAL:
