The property is listed as a NEW vacation home and listing photos are deceptive. The photos on this listing appear to be old.The outdoor furniture and walls were filthy, cushions stained and some cushions with cigarette burns. Looking like it, all needs replaced. Grill in rough shape and tanks were filthy! Exterior doors paint peeling and dirty. Garbage bench container broken, reported to host, she stated the HOA was notified and is responsible to replace.We see the refrigerator water dispenser alarm alerting to replace water filter. Upon further investigation. The refrigerator water dispenser looked like it had pink/red slime possibly mold around the nozzle.The interior was poorly maintained: The house was not cleaned properly, crumbs under the cushions and in a kitchen cabinet. We see dust CAKED on all baseboards and corners. Living room furniture worn and cushions stained, ripped pillow, Bedroom furniture throughout was cosmetically WORN, and a Urine stain on a bed mattress! That I don't see until stripping bed upon exiting. THAT would have definitely been a deal breaker had I seen this upon arrival! Upon arriving contacted the host about the condition of home. Host did offer a refund if we left. Unfortunately, we had four grandchildren, pre-bought park tickets. and decided to make the best of it, assuming the beds and bathrooms appeared clean. For the high price paid, we expected a well-kept home, not one the needed furniture replaced and a deep clean!
