Vacation getaway

The place was just what our family needed. The hot tub, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us the space we needed. Never had to wait for a bathroom. The pool area was also a nice place to relax.

Regal Oaks Condo

Condo was very clean. Could use some TLC on the apperance. Furniture was beat up (scratches, chipped wood, paint peeling, etc.) Walls need painting in areas. Other then that pool is nice. And it us a good location close to lots to do and eat.

Okay for price point but needs some love

The condo itself is outdated which is fine but the carpets appeared to have never been cleaned. They were even sticky in areas. One of the twin comforters had a stain on it which we believed to be poop. I washed it and it was fine. We didn't use the hot tub but we looked inside and the water wasn't what you would call clear or clean. The glass sliding door lock didn't work correctly and we barely got it to lock after we opened it. If there was a safety bar available it would have helped. Unfortunately the patio screen door didn't have a lock either so we couldn't use it as a backup if needed. One of the breakers blew while we were out and the girls had a room with out power for a day and night until maintenance could come out and replace it. Everything in the condo worked and was useable but it definitely needs some love in the cleaning department.

Regal Oaks Resort

Enjoyed our stay. However, I didn't know I would have to actually clean the townhouse before I left. Not only do you have to strip the beds, but they expect you to start a load of towels upon you leaving. They do not supply the wash detergent in order to do this. I always leave things in an orderly fashion when I leave somewhere, even hotels. However, I never have been expected to clean before I left.

Rental House is nice.

We were happy that short distance to Disneyworld and Independent Drive Mall. We enjoyed the rental house that are fit for 6 people to stay in this house.

Everything was great but would like to have known ahead of the needed items to brinf

I have no problem cleaning but knowing ahead of time we needed to toilet paper, trash bags and cleaning supplies would have been benificial

Unit was very clean and very well stocked with towels, etc. We did bring our own soap, toilet paper and trash bags, but that was noted in website. The only issue I had was with communication with agent. When e-mailing, no replies are sent over the weekend. No one answers phone calls, however, e-mails sent during the weekday working hours were answered promptly. Only issue we had was hot tub only having one speed for the jets, hot tub temp would not go above 96 degrees, but that really was fine, it did stay hot. Wi-Fi kept going in and out, had to re-boot the router a few times, but we weren't there to be online! Only 2 TV's in unit, I thought I would miss having a TV in my bedroom, but I really didn't. Mattress aren't brand new Temperpedic - mine was a little too soft, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Location to Disney is GREAT, Universal is a little farther, but a straight shot. Publix is very close, 7-11 on the corner. I was a little apprehensive about the neighborhood our first night, people were hanging around outside playing music and being loud, but by 10:00 pm it all settled down, and during the week there weren't too many people there at all. The few folks that we did see were out walking their dogs and waved as we went by. It is a nice unit, very well spread out for larger groups - the hand held showers in the upstairs bathrooms were very nice, would have loved to have one in the downstairs bathroom. The water pressure was GREAT!! I would ABSOLUTELY rent again.
