Unfortunately this review is mainly on the customer service. It was the worst experience I’ve had with any stays.It started with the wrong door code- our flight was delayed I ensured it was ok to check in super late- we arrived at 3:30am after a long day and the code wouldn’t work: I called the number provided - no answer, rang the ring door bell, no answer. Text the”host” no response for quite awhile. Finally got a text back with a generic access code. The next day our bathroom breakers stopped working (they worked In the morning when we left came home to freshen up and weren’t working) Contacted the host. Didn’t hear back from them for over 2 hours. I had to continuously contact them for an update. They kept saying we will contact our tech and give you and estimated time. No response ever. The following night we were out to dinner and came home to the bathroom light on and toilet seat up (we know we didn’t leave the light on and we are both ladies so no toilet seat up!) The outlets worked because we checked them.No telling us it was complete or even letting us know when the tech would be IN OUR SPACE! This is sad because the house was lovely, the location and atmosphere was great. But if you happen to have an issue you will spend a lot of your vacation time trying to get answers or even into your house. I would not recommend.
