A spacious 2 story home which is perfect for your next sunshine getaway! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular community of Paradise Palms Resort this home stands independently and is perfect for getting away from the crowds and enjoying time with friends and family, whilst staying just minutes from fantastic local amenities!

The home offers plenty of spaces for your party to relax, with a large living area downstairs and bonus sitting area upstairs, and feeling bright and airy with it’s beautiful double-height ceiling. With your own private screened-in pool area facing south-west, we suggest a cool drink and a swim as the perfect way to end your fantastic day on vacation!

Boasting a large kitchen stocked with all of the necessary amenities to cater for your stay, and with a choice of the formal dining table or dining alfresco you have plenty of options to enjoy your favorite homecooked or takeout meals!

The first Master bedroom is located downstairs; with king bed, its own ensuite bathroom and private access onto the pool deck. There is also a further king bedroom, with its own bathroom, on the first floor situated at the opposite end of the home for maximum privacy and space.

Upstairs, you are welcomed to a spacious landing area, with large screen TV and comfortable seating. The large second Master is located to the left of the landing; also offering a king bed and complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with shower, tub, and dual vanity sinks.

On the other side of the landing area there are a further two Twin rooms with a shared family bathroom.

The Resort boasts an array of amazing private amenities; from a large resort-style pool, to tennis courts to its very own Cinema and fantastically equipped games room! It is also perfectly situated for guests looking to explore the best of Central Florida, as it is just minutes from the popular US-192, which features an enormous array of restaurants, take-outs and grocery stores. Looking to explore the theme parks? Universal Studios and SeaWorld are both just 30 minutes drive, whilst Walt Disney World Resort area is less than 20 minutes from your doorstep!
Guest list of names to be provided at least 5 days ahead of arrival for us to enter into the resort system for access.

The home has WIFI access throughout, Cable TV and all bed linen, towels, utensils and appliances are provided for guest use. Pool heat can also be turned on upon request.
