The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful property! You'll love the Minnie and Mickey themed room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room where you can watch a great movie and spend quality time with your loved ones.
Rest assured, we follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process between guest stays, which includes preparation, cleaning, sanitizing, checking, and resetting to help prevent cross-contamination.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a small starter set of amenities, including paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, soap, shampoo, and coffee sachets. If you need more of these amenities, simply stop by a nearby store to acquire them.
And, to ensure your comfort, you'll find a super cute set of face, bath, and pool towels, all perfectly sanitized and packed for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from Ross, Burlington, Burger king and more. Perfect for a destination getaway, this community offers vacationers easy access to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World Orlando, several top golf courses and popular shopping malls, as well as Lake Tohopekaliga and multiple beaches along the Atlantic. We are only 5 miles (8 min) from Disney 9 miles (around 14min) from Magic Kingdom. 10 miles (around 19min) from SeaWorld, 14 miles (around 22min) from Universal, and 33 miles (around 40 minutes) from the Orlando International Airport. It is super easy to walk and drive around! The house is situated in Kissimmee and also located 5 km from Kissimmee Value Outlet Shops, 7 km from 192 Flea Market and 8 km from Plaza del Sol Kissimmee. Getting Around:
Super easy to walk and drive around. I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for example. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Pool heating service:
This service is only provided between November and March. The pool can be heated for $35 per night, minimum 3 nights. It takes 8-12 hours to heat the pool. We recommend that you apply 24 hours before the date of use - the water can take up to 24 hours to fully warm up. Please note that services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. Low pool level can also occur due to evaporation or some other reason. We will do everything in our end to correct any issues with faulty equipment as quickly as possible.
Pool and Spa (Jacuzzi):
The water system is the same for both - they are connected. Please note that the Spa (jacuzzi) is not a hot tub. Pool heaters will only heat a pool about 10° - 15° degrees warmer than the ambient air temperature. This means that if the highest temperature during the day is 70° degrees, the pool should reach 85° degrees (even when set to 90° degrees). This is not an exact science and should only be used as a guide.
REMARK: Under these circumstances it is not possible to refund part or all the pool heating charge and your understanding of this is important when ordering pool heating. So let us know if you would like it and I will send you a money request through the platform.

Grill:
We do not provide utensils, we provide the tank, but not the propane gas, which can be purchased at convenience stores, supermarkets and some pharmacies such as Walgreens (please take the tank for the exchange). However feel free to use whatever is left on the tank.
Please keep the patio clean. If extra dirt remains on the patio, extra charges will inccur and a money request of US$40 will be sent through the platform.
