The property was FANTASTIC! Very warm and inviting. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy...gamers, movies, sun bathing reading on balcony, swimming, meal prep etc. Property owners very responsive and kind. Christmas Family Reunion

Perfect house and location for a Disney/Christmas family reunion. Everyone had their own space and also space to be together. We really appreciated the holiday tree and wreaths- we had everything we needed.

Family vacation

This was our second year to stay in this home, and it was just as wonderful this time. We had our children and grandchildren, and there was plenty of room, supplies, activities to enjoy and places to relax. It’s such a treat to be in a home where everyone has their own bedroom and private bathroom. We will continue to rent this house as long as we are able.

Family vacation

This property is located in a perfect location for Disney parks, Universal, international drive and Disney Springs etc for restaurants and shopping. The house is beautiful and very spacious and with amenities for everyone of all ages. The pool area is quiet and enough sun loungers/ eating areas for all. Our hosts June and Jeff were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful and supportive. We only had one issue with the wifi but this was pointed out up front in the arrival pack as there was a new service provider and this cleared up quickly. A fantastic property with great views of the golf course!

Anna's 21st Birthday Family Vacation

The house was very nice inside. Very clean, and spacious. My complaint was outside on the grill was rat droppings. In the draw of the grill, there was a nice size snake. That had babies in the grill. I called right away, it took them two days to clean it. Once they did they found a dead rat in the grill. I also called about the pool, it was hot. They had the heater on. they said I requested. I never requested the heater be on. To fix that problem was 4 days. Very Frustrating and I never heard anything after I called them about how disappointed I was with the outside.

Great family vacation

The house was just as described, clean and spacious with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook for a crowd and there were plenty of towels etc. The pool was perfect for everyone to enjoy and the water park in the community was a great treat for the teens and younger kids to enjoy.

Family Vacation

Overall a great stay. Pictures make the pool and driveway look much bigger than they are. 1 couch was broken and not all doors would lock. Shower heads upstairs need replaced. Raccoons get in the trash cans outside and there are conflicting notes throughout the home of when trash pick up days are. Otherwise, the home was very clean and accommodated all 12 of us with ease. The kitchen is beautiful the neighborhood is fantastic. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Wow

Over my 76 years, and as the oldest I have rented, I suspect, over 25 homes for family events and this home sits right at the top. 5/5 It is now already Friday and the end of our week here 🤕at this wonderful Home. Everyone had a great time. I have rented homes with a media set up but this far surpassed any of these, As large as the home was, each room was warm and inviting. The pool and hot tub was just as advertised I can't think of anything that wasn't provided.

Family Christmas in Florida from NY

All the descriptions and photos were true and accurate. The house was lovely and, despite its large size, it felt very homey and inviting. We experienced the coldest Christmas in Florida in many years, yet thoroughly was able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. When the spa developed a water flow issue, the technician was there in less than an hour. Any questions to the owner were quickly answered and resolved.

Excellent property located in a quiet neighborhood bordering the Watson golf course. Great sleeping arrangements. Large rooms with TVs. In ground pool and entertainment room. Would highly recommend for adults and/or families with children.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at Reunion Resort. Our rental was fabulous . It was spacious and accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Many hours were spent enjoying the patio and pool. The teens especially enjoyed the theater room and pool table. The home was well equipped with towels, linens and kitchenwares. The amenities were as described and house was much bigger than pictures presented.

10/10 would stay again

We had 7 adults and 5 kids who were lucky enough to stay at this home during our Disney vacation. The house was just as described, clean, and well laid out for our needs. Things to know: - the pool is just 5 feet deep and was perfect for the kids (no diving!!) - the home has enough supplies to get you going, but you will likely need more trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, things of that nature. Ditto hand soap and bathing needs - the pantry had many bottled spices and seasonings - bath towels and pool towels were plentiful (a welcome surprise) - each room had an extra blanket and pillow in the closet - we didn’t see a single pest in our 10 days there, and pests run rampant in Florida. What a welcome relief! - maintenance for the home’s private pool came twice while we were there, which meant we needed to wait 2-3 hours before using the pool again. Definitely not a complaint - we’d rather have the pool safe to swim in 🙂 - the Target closest to the home is probably the nicest/best we’ve ever seen - light and fan switches throughout the house are labeled, so easy to use - Instacart is your friend. It was such a luxury to enter the house and have Target, Costco, and Publix all arrive within a couple of hours. That definitely added to the vacation experience. - June was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay. I chose this house based on the photos and reviews and while the pool was smaller than I expected, EVERYONE complimented me on the great job I’d done choosing where we would stay. The nice thing about the pool was that it was really easy to safely keep an eye on all The Littles at the same time 😁 As the title of this review indicates, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you, June, for sharing your lovely home with us!!

Beautiful Villa, ideal for families.

This villa lived up to all the expectations we had. Ideal for families of all ages. We stayed with 8yr/13/18 and 22 yrs old as well as the adults and after a long day at the parks or shopping it was great to come back to the pool that easily accommodated us all. The youngsters loved the cinema room and billiard table break away area where many a pool match was played in the evenings. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly require to enjoy your stay and feel like home away from home.

Perfect Family Getaway

What an amazing experience! We had 13 family members together throughout our week and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this property! This home is very spacious with plenty of room to gather (or getaway), even as a large group. The pool and patio area are amazing!

Home was as advertised, we did have some issues with the pool & dishwasher that took longer to get repaired than normal. Overall, the property was very nice, I can’t blame the owners for a poor maintenance company, they did show up eventually! The owners were great to work with & would rent this property again when in Florida.

Perfect!

Perfect home for our family vacation. We had 10 adults and 3 kids and we were more than comfortable in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and then some. It was peaceful and relaxing. We took advantage of the putt-putt course, pickleball and the waterpark and they were all lots of fun for everyone. I can't think of a single thing the kitchen was lacking. The theater room was much enjoyed by all! We were constantly entertained even though we stayed in for the most part because of having a newborn with us. The communication was top notch. We called about one little thing and they had it taken care of before we knew it. Can't say enough positive things!

Fun with friends

The house is as pictured. The Host was very responsive, check-in was seamless, and there was plenty of room for our group of ten. Next time we hope to spend more time at the house, and enjoy the pool and the large media room.
