Check in ab 15 Uhr.Waren früher da und sind nochmal einkaufen gefahren.Mitarbeiterin wollte anrufen wenn unser Zimmer fertig ist,hat sie leider nicht gemacht.Hatten bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter einen Late Check out bezahlt.Bis 14 Uhr 35$.Die Dame vom Check in wusste am nächstenTag nichts davon und rief mich mehrmals an,das wir auschecken sollen.Mit 3 anderen Mitarbeiterinnen ermahnte sie mich.Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders,zum Beispiel im Comfort Inn das zur selben Gruppe gehört.

Die Lage zu den Studios war super, in der Nähe gab es Restaurants und Supermärkte. Das Personal war nett, das Frühstück für USA echt okay. Negativ: Plastik Plastik Plastik, aber auch das ist leider in den USA normal. Das Zimmer : katastrophal, feucht, muffig, Teppich , Fenster die nicht auf gingen, eine total laute und stinkige Klimaanlage, das geht gar nicht !! Da müsste dringend mal renoviert werden. Schade eigentlich, weil das Hotel echt Potenzial hat

This property is exactly what we were looking for a weekend trip to Universal! We wanted a hotel that was close by and cheap, but not a dump. The rooms are small and the breakfast area is cramped, but that is expected with the price per night. Complimentary breakfast is a huge perk! They also offer a shuttle to Universal 8:30-5:30. We did not use it because we planned on staying later than 5:30. My only complaint is that an area around the bed kind of smelled like mildew. Other than that, it is extremely affordable, great location, no trouble, and very accommodating!

It was just okay. If you’re a family on a budget, it will work. The room was clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast was nice. The walls were pretty thin, pillows were tiny, towels were also tiny. AC was really loud. The hotel outside of the room didn’t seem to have AC. It was a basic hotel, but for the price, not bad.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and everything smells great. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are impeccable. They leave a lot of towels and you can always request more. The breakfast is good not as many options maybe as other places but it’s honestly really decent. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m honestly looking for somewhere safe and clean and close to the parks and this fits the bill perfectly every time

It was a little dingy and smelled musky in our room. The breakfast was waffles and bagels. No meat. All breads.

Staff was great with questions and a special request for a softer pillow! Breakfast was good, the standards for a free breakfast, but was kept clean and well stocked! Property was a bit run down in our room, but was clean, and the bed was great! The Shuttle was well worth it, saving the parking cost at Universal, and just be extremely handy. Although the shuttle only runs once in the morning and once at 5:30 pm, it still worked for us.
