I had reserved a room through Expedia several weeks ago. I had a late flight so tried to call MANY times to let them know I would be in about 1 a.m. No answer, ever! When I finally arrived, I was met with a sign that read, "No rooms available, your have been refunded." A desk clerk came out and stated the same info. When asked why, she said that rooms are given to some kind of priority guests, therefore, no rooms available. She told me that ALL the hotels in the surrounding area were full. Now I don't trust Expedia at all, somebody should have sent me a text or email to let me know that they hotel was full!!!!
