• One gated parking spot next to your front door
• Pull all the way forward and park on the rock bed for safety
• Driveway is long and narrow; please back in or back out—no U-turns
• Street parking is available if needed

Occupancy:
• Only registered guests permitted
• No additional visitors

Smoking:
• Non-smoking property (including vaping)
• $500 fee if smoke detected indoors

• Quiet hours after 9 PM
• No outdoor music or loud noise

• $200 fully refundable pet deposit required
• One pet per reservation, max 25 lbs (exceptions considered)
• Pets must be leashed outdoors and crated if unattended
