Make the most of your time together at Magical Playhouse, a six-bedroom ChampionsGate Resort home for up to 12 guests. Start the morning beside your private pool, spend the afternoon exploring Orlando, then come home to games, a relaxed dinner and your choice of two lounges. With playful bedroom decor and space to spread out across two stories, the home gives your group plenty to enjoy between park days.

LIVING & DINING
The bright main living room opens toward the screened pool patio, keeping indoor relaxation and outdoor time close together. An upstairs lounge gives the group a second gathering space when everyone wants a different pace. Prepare breakfast or an easy dinner in the kitchen, with its island and stainless-steel appliances, then gather in the adjacent dining area or take your meal outside to the covered patio.

GAMES AT HOME
Keep the friendly competition going with a pool table, table tennis, foosball and air hockey. There is more than one way to spend an evening here, whether your group wants a game tournament, time in the lounge or a quiet break after the parks.

PRIVATE POOL & PATIO
Your screened pool and spa make it easy to build a pool day into the trip. The covered patio offers an outdoor dining spot with shade overhead, while the pool enclosure keeps the outdoor space connected to the home. Children must be supervised around the water.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The six-bedroom arrangement accommodates a maximum of 12 guests:
- Bedroom 1: one king bed
- Bedroom 2: one queen bed
- Bedroom 3: one queen bed
- Bedroom 4: two twin beds
- Bedroom 5: two twin beds
- Bedroom 6: one king bed

Harry Potter, Toy Story, and Mickey-and-Minnie-inspired decor brings a playful touch to the bedroom collection, balanced by calmer, neutral rooms. The home has five full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

EVERYDAY CONVENIENCE
A washer and dryer make it easier to pack for a family stay, and private parking is available at the home.

CHAMPIONSGATE RESORT
Add variety to your stay with shared resort pools, a lazy river, waterslide, splash area and tennis courts. These are community facilities, separate from the private pool at the house, and are subject to resort rules and operating hours.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private use of the home, screened pool and spa, and private parking. Plan a balance of Orlando outings and unhurried time at your own Magical Playhouse.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m. Please follow posted resort rules and supervise children near the pool and spa.
