The space
2 bedrooms each side of the living area to give 2 families their own "private" space within the home.
Guest access
24hr check in by lockbox. On drive parking for 2 cars. Access to the developments pond is just a short walk down the road.

Pool heat available at extra cost (although you will only need it in deepest winter).
