zum 2. mal dort gewesen alles in allem ein angenehmes Hotel. Abstriche sind das Frühstück dort darauf kann man verzichten da kein Raum zum verzehren angeboten wird. Das was man benötigt dafür gibt es an der Tankstelle an der Ecke frisch & günstiger. Aber es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten im nahen Umfeld zu frühstücken.

Immer noch Baustelle. Rezeption und Frühstück (für 5 Euro) gibts in einem Zimmer ohne Sitzgelegenheiten. Alles abgepackt. Das eigentliche Restaurant ist geschlossen. Pool sauber und angenehm warm.

Hotel war gut zu finden und auch sauber. Die Matratze hat fürchterlich geknart. Man mochte sich gar nicht bewegen. Ansonsten als gut. Und gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

hotel ist in keinste Weise was ein Resort representiert für meine Begriffe. Das Zimmer hatte zwei Betten wie bestellt, war aber ersichtlich ein Einzelzimmer. Kochhecke hatte nicht mal ein Toaster. Straßen lärm bis in der Nacht sowie auf jeden Fall vor 7Uhr.

Property is accordingly on what you pay for, but it can be more cleaner, room floor was dirty all around even after housekeeping went. Type of AC makes a lot of noise which on the bright side helps a little to attenuate outside noise, since it’s a “Motel” style hotel, people outside forget that they’re at a Hotel and talks and make a lot of noise while the premises of the Hotel, so you can hear their conversations, music on their cars etc. even you can hear housekeepers chitchatting early morning. Water smells weird. Overall it was as expected for what I paid besides some things that can be improved. Staff was always great and never had any technical issues with appliances. Was there for about 2 weeks.

Charging 83 dollars for this dump is outrageous, plus they are holding a 150 dollar security deposit from your account 👎the beds and mattresses are soft and very old/worn out and stained. The water in the shower didn't get above luke warm and that at after 2300 hours.There is no real breakfast but a small room with orange juice, coffee and frozen burritos and bagels. I thought the name Royal meant something but I guess quality doesn't mean anything anymore these days.Safe your money and stay away from this place.You,ll thank me later!

So the Expedia listing stated this as a 3 star property...its barely a 2 star. Staff was friendly and addresed all our questions and items needed. Its a very worn down property. Our room had mice as the shoes we left in the closet had mice droppings on them in the am and the bed covers near the floor were tattered and obviously torn by rodents. Door was also very hard to lock. Lot of the rooms seem to be in a state of remodeling and its just this travelers opinion that the hotel is being used as well to house families transitioning from perhaps off the street.. Not an area I'd even entertain walking after dark...in fact there is a large flashing sign as you near the hotel that says...lock your doors/take everything. Im assuming the 3 star rating is not Expedia verified and would reserve this property with the greatest of caution. Id even request a refund from Expedia in listing it as a 3 star hotel

The bed had broken springs and leaned. The air conditioning wouldn't turn off high it was freezing. Black mold on back of bathroom door. Hard to find lobby. The only good thing I have to say is the employee who checked us in that night was amazing! Friendly and very helpful.

Park Royal Orlando is close to restaurants, stores, laundromats and other places to shop for basic needs. I like the outdoor area for eating outside or relaxing by the pool. The area is quiet and peaceful.

Staff work hard and are always around. Very helpful and go beyond. Housekeeping made beds daily but really didn't do much else. Tile floors looked clean but they were not. Pool area is great.
