Everything was ok. After a few days we found out the pool heater didnt work.I also dont think providing 1 roll of Toilet paper per bathroom is enough for a stay over a week with 9 people in the house.

Horrible host

House was not cleaned from prior guest.check in and check out was horrible charged us for 30 minute late checkout and was accused of property damages.nice house the host/home owner was the absolute worst was offering for us to clean the house ourselves on vacation or cancel reservations..

Snowbird getaway

Rented for two months with family and friends visiting. Property met our needs. Owners promptly responded when pool filtration and heat failed and had it back running quickly.

Good Stay

Overall the property was good. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of a few minor things. Some of the beds creaked. Mattresses appeared to be old. Pool light broken. Would have been nice to have when swimming in dark. Game room was so hot couldn't use much. Pool sticks were not in good shape. Dryer wasn't greatest had to split 1 load of clothes into 2 so they would dry.

Overall we had a great stay It is as listed. We had several issues with air conditioner reverting back to away temperature, therefore house was hot we arrived back home in the evening and through the night,Also note there is no air in the game room only box fans. The owners responded promptly and corrected temps, however, it did happen on multiple occasions. Masterbed may need a new mattress you can hear the squeaks but still fairly comfortable. Owners were great and their response time was exceptional I would recommend , It has been a few weeks and we are still awaiting our deposit to be refunded. I'm sure it will be soon .

Overall experience

Overall the property was nice, comfy, and clean. The screen around the pool could use some repair. Several squirrels were able to enter and ate our snacks : ) Some of the towels and pillows were old and/or stained and should be replaced. Also, the game room/garage had a very strong smell and should be cleaned and aired out.

Great location and space for large groups. Excellent communication with the host.

This VRBO is in a convenient location, has plenty of bedrooms and beds for large groups, and was fairly priced. There was plenty in the home to keep the family entertained; tvs in bedrooms, a game room, books, a pool, etc. The bedding and pillows were decent and there were extra pillows and blankets available. The homeowner was able to stay in contact via text and was quick to respond. The resort itself had quite a few rules on top of the rules that the homeowner had for the home and this made things a little bit stressful at times. It wasn't anything crazy, there were just numerous and it was inconvenient at times. The house was clean enough. It is in need of a good deep clean, as there were some areas that were grimey and/or dusty. Nothing gross, we just noticed some areas that need some attention. I do want to make sure other renters are aware that this house provides next to nothing besides somewhere to land/sleep. There were bath towels and beach towels, but our group of 13 did not have enough. We also had to bring/purchase many things we would need while we were there, which is to be expected. But I want to make sure the next guest is prepared too. Bring paper plates, napkins, paper towel, and toilet paper. There are a couple of rolls of TP and a roll of PT provided, but you'll definitely need more. Two laundry tabs are provided, but you're expected to wash the house's towels before you check out, so bring laundry detergent (and dryer sheets) if you need/want to do any laundry. Two dishwasher tabs are provided, but you'll definitely need more. The house had plenty of cutlery and dishes to eat on, but not much for serving. They had some cookware but no bakeware or measuring utensils. There were some spices available, but no salt and pepper. The bathrooms upstairs have windows in the showers and either no window covering or a broken window covering. One of the rules is that the thermostat cannot be put any lower than 74 as this will cause ice to form on the unit outside. But the upstairs would get so hot that it would be uncomfortable to sleep. The pool is difficult to use at night, because the outdoor lighting is minimal. There are no lights in the pool either. Overall, I think I'd stay here again. I do recommend that the owner do a deep clean, consider providing a few more items (more towels, some bakeware and measuring utensils, bathroom window privacy, pool lighting), and possibly providing fans for the bedrooms without ceiling fans.

Wonderful house for large families!

We had a great time in the Orlando area! The house was close to all of the parks which was so nice especially coming back home after a long day. The kids loved the pool and they were in it each morning before we left for the parks and every evening when we came back home! So relaxing!

Amazing Memory Maker Villa

Villa was well maintained with obvious attention from the owner and the support staff. I’ve stayed in a number of Villa’ over the last seven years in Emerald Isle and found this one to be the cleanest by far. The owner was attentive to a couple of small issues which were promptly resolved. Our overall stay over the course of sixteen days was throughly enjoyable and would recommend this home to anyone.

Small Irritations

The house itself and the location were great for our family trip to the Disney parks. The configuration of rooms and beds was perfect for our mixture of adults and children. There were numerous small irritations that are keeping me from giving a 5-star review, however. First, the entry code was not entered, so when we arrived at 10pm, we spent 20 minutes trying to contact the host to unlock the door. We found that even the basic supplies were lacking - no toilet paper other than what was on the rolls, no tissue boxes, only 1/2 roll of paper towels, no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms, only 1 trash bag, only 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry pods - all for a family of 11 staying for 8 nights. I would have expected these basics to be provided, or at least a notification that I needed to bring my own. The bed in the master was so hard that my husband slept on the sofa, but the other beds seemed to be ok. And the freezer leaked water when the door was open, so we had a towel on the kitchen floor all week to make sure no one slipped. None of these things on their own were terrible, but it was the combination that was irritating. I would not stay here again unless the owner took steps to fix these things.

Perfect Family getaway
