I highly recommend this property for vacationing in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is incredibly spacious, clean, free of insects, and has a wonderful large screened in porch/balcony, which overlooks a nature preserve area, where you cannot see any cars or businesses, only wildlife and birds, of which there are plenty. The only time I saw someone out there was when the grass was being cut. It is a great place to chill out after all the hustle and bustle and sensory overload of the theme parks. The kitchen has everything you possibly need to prepare meals. There is a washer and dryer that performs well. The master bedroom has a deep soaking tub. Even if you had 8 people in your vacation party, I think you would be very comfortable with the amount of space this unit provides. The owner responds quickly to any inquiries and communicates well. I love this place and would always choose to stay here while visiting the theme parks. I would recommend packing these items in your suitcase to avoid the very high Florida grocery store prices: paper towels/napkins/tissues/wipes, kitchen and bathroom trash bags, laundry soap, and dish soap. Also, the check out rules are very easy and common sense-put all the towels in the washer, put the dishes in the dishwasher and run it, and take out the trash (a 2 minute or less walk). Ride share shows up very quickly. I always felt safe in this gated community and there are no loud neighbors either. The best.
