Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced, usually between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

No Parties or Events: Large gatherings, events, or unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy: This is typically a strictly non-smoking property indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (and proper disposal of cigarette butts is required).
