Great Stay at Windsor Hills

My family and I ranged in age from a toddler to a grandparent, and we all found things to enjoy at the Windsor Hills pool villa. The photos accurately portray the home, which was clean, well equipped, and in good repair. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and the game room, and we all enjoyed the pool. The house is conveniently located near Disney as well as a variety of restaurants, drug stores, and a Walmart. We also enjoyed the water park and amenities at the Windsor Hills resort. The owner was very responsive to messages. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Pool and Spa property

Safe, and great location of property. Easy access to all Disney parks. House decor was adorable and tastefully done. We only had one negative. The beds are very hard and really need mattress toppers. New pillows are needed also. Everything else was wonderful and we had a lovely time.

Nice home, as advertised. Great location and easy access to all WDW parks. Some minor maintenance needed in master bathroom, but no show stoppers. Entire family loved the place and we'll stay there again when we re-visit the area in the future.

Highly Recommended & Would Stay Again!

Our extended family of 14, including 7 adults and 7 kids aged 8-18, recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this vacation property. Here’s why we highly recommend it: Cleanliness and Comfort: The property was impeccably clean upon arrival, exactly as depicted in the photos. The decor was tasteful and thoughtfully themed, adding to the overall charm. Spacious and Well-Equipped: The home provided ample space for our large group to dine together and relax in the evenings. The well-stocked kitchen with plenty of storage made meal preparation a breeze. Fun for All Ages: The game room was a hit with our kids, featuring exciting activities like basketball and air hockey. Everyone had their own space in the numerous bedrooms, ensuring comfort for all. Responsive Host and Safe Location: The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We felt secure at Windsor Hills resort, appreciating the security and enjoying the clubhouse pool and thrilling water slides. Convenient Location: Centrally located, the property was surrounded by convenient stores. We found Walmart pickup to be hassle-free, and Target was nearby as well. While we didn’t visit Disney this trip, it's close by for future adventures.We ventured to Clearwater Beach for a fantastic beach day just two hours away. Another highlight was Discovery Cove, only 15 minutes from the property, where the kids swam with dolphins - an unforgettable experience! Looking Forward to Returning!

Family Vacation done right

We really enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen is well appointed and worked well for meal preparation. The themed rooms were perfect and my grandchildren loved them. I left there wanting to create a themed room of my own. The pool was clean and perfect with enough out door furniture nearby to eat and relax by the pool. The game room was a great way to occupy the children when the adults were busy with other things. With the game room doors closed, we could barely hear them. There were two washers and two dryers which made laundry for this group of seven very easy. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had and this does not reflect on this property, but should be mentioned. We had an issue at the gate. We sat in our car for 45 minutes before the could verify we were supposed to be there. I also had an issue when my rental car was inoperable, the tow truck driver had difficulty entering the property even though the property manager did call ahead to inform the gate security that the tow truck driver was coming. Do not let that issue deter you from this property as it was totally worth the wait. I want to mention it in hopes the issue can be fixed for the next family. Everything else was seamless, plenty of information on site, the door code worked on arrival. I would definitely stay here again and to be honest, we did not want to leave.

Wonderful rental. The communication with the owner is some of the best I have ever had, and we use Vrbo a lot! The location was so easy to get to parks. The private pool was wonderful along with the community pool and amenities. Secure neighborhood. The game room was the hit of the house for kids and adults! Just a great stay!

Great spot for the family

Everything is as advertised or better. The house was perfect for our family. Kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. Community waterpark was crowded, but kids had a blast and spring break travelers were to be expected. Close enough to Disney to make travel easy.

Nice Home for Disney and Universal

A very nice home with beautiful decor. Cute themed rooms for the kids and more subtle themes for the adults. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Unfortunately, we spent so much time at the parks that we didn't have a chance to use the community pool area, but it looked like it would be fun for a longer, relaxing trip. The hosts were nice and promptly responded to all of my messages. I would recommend this place to friends/family. There was a minor issue with the towels/washcloths, but the hosts resolved the issue promptly and fairly. Overall, my family and I had a great stay and we loved being so close to the parks.

Close to everything by far enough away for peace and Quiet

This property is located near major highways which allowed a fairly short drive to and from many of the surrounding parks. A Walmart super center is located right down the road. There are also many smaller stores right up the road if you prefer. The house was very nice and exactly as described on VRBO. We paid the extra fee to heat the pool which was nice and it felt wonderful not jumping into an ice cold pool even though it was in the mid 90's while we were there. The Spa felt nice after a long day at the parks. Checking in and out and communicating with the owner was very easy. Any information that you would need about the house or resort was provided in a binder. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't some basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, sugar things like that. Most homes we rented in the past had items that previous renters left behind for the next renters. We had to make sure we remembered everything we needed when went out shopping down to salt and pepper to cook with. My really only issue I had was always checking the thermostats in the house. I don't know if they are on a schedule or controlled by someone through an app but they always seemed to raise the temperature in the house. We like it on the cooler side 68-70 but a lot of the times they would change and be at 74-77. Not a big deal but that was something I had to keep adjusting. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and had a nice vacation.

Family vacation

I took my family, including 5 grandchildren to Florida for a vacation. This house was perfect! There was 10 of us total. This house was just as described. The game room, pool and hot tub were hit for our family! This house was big and plenty of room for all of us! We absolutely loved it and would definitely go back next year. There’s a community pool area which our kids had so much fun. Check in was a very easy as was check out. Everyone was so friendly and made this vacation perfect! Love this house.

Great place for Disney stay!

We stayed at this property for a little over a week while vacationing at Disney. We loved everything about the house. It was clean, comfortable, in a great area, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, cups, bowls, silverware, and anything else you could need. The owner was wonderful to work with, great and fast communication, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great stay!
