📍 Encantada Resort is a quiet gated townhome community in Kissimmee, just off US-192, close to Walt Disney World, Universal and SeaWorld. Walgreens, Publix and Walmart are a short drive away, along with plenty of restaurants and the Posner Park shopping center.

A car is highly recommended to explore the Orlando area. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away.

🚨 No overflow parking on the street or sidewalk — vehicles will be towed.

📷 Cameras & Noise Monitoring

Exterior cameras cover the front doorbell, driveway and side of the house, for outdoor monitoring only. There are no cameras inside the home. An indoor sensor measures noise levels for community quiet hours — no audio is ever recorded.



📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
