A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent for $95 plus tax. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Wow Amazing!

Loved this house!! This was perfect for our adult couples trip. My family is obsessed with Star Wars so they loved the decor. The movie room was everyone’s favorite. The house stayed nice and cool. It was clean and I love seeing the fresh vacuum marks. Had enough bathrooms for everyone and more. Also, only a little wear on the house and the beds were very comfortable. I just wish where were some towel racks or hangers in the bathrooms. The owner was very good at communicating and replying back when I had questions.

2025 Family Vacation

The property had something for everyone. We had 10 adults and 10 children. Between the themed bedrooms, the gaming area, the pool table and the movie theater there was always things to do. The kitchen was well equipped for meal prep for the 20 of us. It was very helpful to have two washers and dryers. The walk to the main pool area was manageable. The resort offers many activities that are family friendly however, we were very disappointed with the lack of dress code expectations. We would have been more comfortable if thong bikinis had not been worn at the resort pool. Because of this we would not choose this resort for our next family vacation.

Great home for vacation

The home was clean and wasn’t lacking in any necessary supplies, tastefully decorated. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool all week long! Kids loved the themed bedrooms and game room as well- they were never bored at the house. I personally loved the double washer and dryer which made keeping up on all the pool towels a breeze. We really had a great time! Great communication from the host, which made check in and out simple. The resort was very busy, as expected in April. Our neighbors on either side had some sort of daily religious gatherings with guests throughout the resort, so there were always many people gathered out front on our driveway/sidewalk (often in a cloud of smoke), and walking behind the house/pool to get between the houses. We purposely booked a house without neighbors backing up to the pool- but it never felt private due to other guest activity which was disappointing. This was a little irritating- but not the fault of the host, but maybe the resort could monitor this activity better?

Wonderful vacation

We stayed over midwinter break. The house was decorated great, the kids loved every room. We had some questions after checking in and they were very responsive. Loved the pool area and the clubhouse, the beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Incredible home!

We had the most incredible stay at this home. It is spectacular in every way, we couldn’t fault a thing. All the check in and check out instructions were outlined clearly and well in advance and things couldn’t have been better. Friends are amazed at how stunning the home is and a few have asked for the details as I cannot recommend Keith & the Pro Agent Group enough. 5**** all round from me and my family!

Perfect disney house.

The kids loved the decorated children rooms. The other rooms were nice also. Loved the pool and hot tub and the resort like clubhouse. So much to do. The theatre room was amazing! The only issue i had was the lack of conveniences in the house. We had to buy pepper and it was lacking a coziness that other homes seem to have. Houses right next to each other so everyone could hear everyone’s party. Roads were very narrow and there was a lot of traffic. I really liked the house a lot and would stay again

The Best Property

The home was great. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and the house was solid. The pics don't do the home justice. My wife was very impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Pool area was very nice with the grill and TV outside. I can't say enough great things about this property and the community. The club house was great from the workout facility, free arcade games, Putt Putt, and the pool area with Lazy River. By far the best home we've stayed in during our many visits to Disney.

Beautiful and Clean Vacation home

My family of 13 enjoyed the stay and didn't want to leave. The home was beautiful, clean and well equipt for cooking and entertainment since we did arrive during Hurricane Debby. There were no complaints while it rained continuously for 2 of the 7 days. I would definitely book again.

Pleasant Retreat

Everything was as great or better than the description. Everybody was able to select a bedroom that suited their temperaments and needs. When we did have an issue (fire alarm set off by thunderstorms) it was handled quickly by property management. I highly recommend this unit for any family get together.

AMAZING home

Check in process was very smooth. Be SURE to submit your names prior to arrival to help streamline the process. What an amazing home! The pictures do not do justice. The family got together for my dad's 80th birthday party. There were adults and children. The kids were absolutely amazed at all the amenities! The home is extremely clean and the layout is absolutely perfect! The choice of various gaming systems was AMAZING!! So much fun for the entire family!! The pool area is beautiful and the barbecue grill was easy to use as well. Be sure to check out the clubhouse amenities!! This was a wonderful PLUS to renting this home. They even have Pina Colada's at the clubhouse!! There was so much to do that there will never be a dull moment! This home is in close proximity to anything you could possibly need. Department store shopping, Grocery stores, a cute ice cream spot as well as a few specialty coffee shops within close proximity. We will be back for sure!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!!!

Absolutely Amazing! Incredible Theme House

My family of ten - grandparents, parents and grandchildren did the Disney Land and Sea trip for winter break and came to this amazing home after the cruise portion of the trip. From one awesome place to the next! This house is beyond words. Every room and every detail of every room has been considered. We have never stayed in a vacation home so perfectly organized and decorated for the guest families. The pictures are great but don't show how unique and beautiful every space is. The children age 7-12 could not believe their eyes. They spent hours in the game room and in the theater only leaving there to go to the private pool. Your family will enjoy all the amazing amenities of the resort on top of all the fun in the home. Large pool, putt putt, volleyball, basketball...more than you could ever do in a week!l...followed by big family dinners in the large kitchen and dining room. The drive to Disney was about 20 minutes each day. Parking $30/day. Loved being able to come and go at our schedule and pace. Communication with their team was super easy and we had zero issues with our stay! Only disappointment was having to leave. Book with confidence and enjoy the absolute best! We hope to make a return stay next time Mickey Mouse is calling us to Florida!
