Welcome to your vacation home at Encantada Resort, a comfortable 4bedroom, 3bathroom townhouse designed to accommodate families and groups of up to 10 guests. Located approximately 8 miles from Disney, this property combines a convenient location with a private screened pool, themed bedrooms, comfortable living spaces, and access to the amenities of a gated resort community.

After a day exploring Orlando’s theme parks, come home and relax in your own private screened pool. The pool area faces northeast and features outdoor furniture, creating a comfortable space to unwind. A child safety fence is also provided around the pool area, offering additional peace of mind for families traveling with young children.

Inside, the home features central air conditioning, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a TV in every bedroom, granite countertops, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. A washer and dryer are available inside the property, along with bed linens and towels, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. A Baby Pack 'n Play is also available.

Families traveling with children will especially enjoy the themed bedrooms upstairs, including a Mickey-themed room with two Full beds and an Avatar-themed room with one Queen bed. Completing the sleeping arrangements are the master suite with a King bed and a ground-floor bedroom with a Queen bed, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests can go directly to the property and enter using an electronic access code. Arrival instructions and the access code will be sent approximately 2 days before the stay to the email address on file. There is no need to pick up a physical key.

Guests have access to the private screened pool and the amenities available at Encantada Resort.

The location provides easy access to Central Florida’s main attractions. Disney is approximately 8 miles away, the Convention Center is 9 miles away, SeaWorld is 14 miles away, Universal is 17 miles away, and Legoland is approximately 31 miles from the property.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$60 + 13.5% tax for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for replacing the propane tank. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The maximum temperature is 95°F, approximately 35°C. Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time charge for the entire stay and is not a nightly fee. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each. Guests bringing pets must provide the number of pets, their weight, and breed.

This is a self-catering property. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own personal hygiene products, food, and any other supplies needed during their stay.

TRASH

All trash must be placed in bags and taken to the nearest community dumpster, located at the end of the street on the right-hand side.

Guests are responsible for removing trash from the property and taking it to the community compactor.

HOUSE RULES

Parties and events are not permitted.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
