Unser Haus bietet Platz für Ihre ganze Familie und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigen.

Wir haben 3275 sq ft professionell eingerichteten Raum mit 2 Master-Suiten mit eigenem Bad, 6 Schlafzimmer und 5 Badezimmer.

Unsere Küche ist voll möbliert, damit Sie wählen können, wann Sie essen und wann Sie auswärts essen möchten.

Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich zu treffen und einen Lieblingsfilm anzusehen. Ebenso sind unsere Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Fernseher ausgestattet, so dass bei Bedarf jeder seinen eigenen Raum haben kann.

Der vollständig umzäunte Garten verfügt über einen eigenen Pool, einen Whirlpool, einen Grill und eine sonnige Südlage. Laptops und Zubehör für die Kinderbetreuung können Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts mieten.

We had such a great time at this house! It’s super spacious, with plenty of spots to kick back and relax—plus TVs in multiple areas, so no fighting over the remote. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect for cooling off and hanging out. We especially loved the big dining table—it was great for meals, games, and just spending time together as a family. The whole place felt comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Solterra Beach Villa

This villa was perfect and exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It has everything we needed and more for a perfect stay. The Solterra resort is clean and safe, quiet neighbours around the villa and within 5/10 mins of lots of restaurants & shops. An easy drive to Disney, about 20 mins. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Solterra Beach resort again in the future and would be my first choice.

Solterra Beach Villa was everything we hoped for and more. Our extended family of eight (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren) found it perfectly suited to our three generations. The villa offered ample space for everyone, with plenty of quiet corners to retreat to when needed. The owner was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout from confirming the villa was right for us, to assisting with the booking, arrival, and even the checkout process. Our family, along with extended family stayed comfortably here. We struggle to find somewhere affordable and accommodating for 9 people who range from 9yrs old to 60 hrs old. So clean and comfy. The hosts were super attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

What a wonderful place to take a family (or two). Tremendous value and enough room for 2 families with room to spare. This was great for our two boys with a games room (ping pong, air hockey, foozeball) great pool and second 'family room' where they could watch their own movies. We spent most of our time around the pool and covered lounge area. Amenities at the resort were great. Safe and clean with lots to do for all. 30 min to Disney, and much more. Will go back!

Only 20 minutes to Disney even with the traffic. Beautiful, big house and conveniently right near the resort amenities as well. Gated community definitely has some rules to follow, but we didn't have any issues once we were familiar with parking, etc.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautifully maintained. Cozy floorplan with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for family members to spread out. Open dining and living room to relax and connect with everyone while cooking, reading, and eating. The back patio is wonderfully set-up. Easy to lounge under the shade while watching the kiddos play in the pool. This was an absolutely wonderful stay. We are looking forward to staying at Solterra Beach Villa again!

Beautiful Home to rent

Home is lovely, well stocked if you want to cook & eat at home part of your trip. The location is very convenient for a Disney, etc vacation. Six bedrooms, 5 baths gave everyone their own retreat when ‘family’ was too much 24 hrs/day! Lol. Ping pong, pool & spa for relaxing. Perfect spot!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay. There was great communication by the owner, house was clean and well equipped. The overall gate community is rather busy. One note is security at the front gate often got backed up causing traffic on the main road almost every time we left or came back as you are trying to get in or out of the community. It didn't bother us much but I could see how it could be frustrating if you are in a rush. Overall we would stay here again.

The host was responsive to all inquiries. The common area on the first floor is very nice and perfect for entertaining. Great home with a nice layout. Community amenities are great. Cleanliness was the issue. Beer bottles, cigarette packs and trash were left all around the outside of the home in the backyard. The garage entertainment area was dirty with dead roaches everywhere. All of the homes broken items were also stored in garage leaving no space to play ping pong. Cobwebs, dirt and dust everywhere required cleaning to make us feel comfortable. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Recommend you bring additional washcloths and towels bc only 2-3Washcloths and towels per bathroom. Spent vacation washing towels everyday. Suggest have the cleaning lady ensure all lamps work after each guest. Spent too much time on lamp issues.

Beautiful Villa on a Great Gated Community 5*

Upon arrival we checked into Security and then headed to the villla. The villa was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. Great for anyone with mobility issues as we took the downstairs bedroom with bathroom next to it. The rest of our party spread themselves out upstairs and great for the 3 and 1 year old as a travel cot was provided. The villa was lovely and clean and fully stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. The pool area was fabulous and we spent many hours sat outside either in the pool or in the sun or just chatting. All the TV’s were handy for viewing that suited a big group ranging in many ages. The location was perfect for Disney and would definitely stay here again in the future. 5 *****

Wonderful Stay

This is my families 3rd time staying at one of the condos at the Solterra community! This home was the perfect size for my entire family of 12. It was spacious, clean and the pool was a hit with the kids. The community pool area is also an added bonus. Devon was so easy to communicate with and my entire family had a great stay. Best part was we could be all together to enjoy extra family time. I highly recommended staying ! We will be back again!

Fantastic Villa - Had the best time staying here

Having watched a lot of online videos and reviews we were looking for a villa that catered more for the teen market rather than the tots. The beach villa was so tastefully decorated with no disney/universal character theming and had everything to keep them amused when on a non-park day. The Wi-Fi was great and accessible right through the property a massive bonus. The kitchen was so well presented and had everything you could need for a large family vacation, the pod coffee machine was a particular highlight! Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Pool area were spotless. All the pictures are accurate and represent the property perfectly. The Solterra Resort location is perfect for Disney trips and not that far from Universal. From start to finish dealing with Devon and team was a smooth and easy process. For us 5 stars is not enough, missing it already.
