The Space:

The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom provides queen-size bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ample closet space. Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the common area and access to a communal pool. Getting around is a breeze from our Kissimmee townhome! You'll find free parking right on the premises and on the street, making it easy to come and go as you please. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 25-30 minute drive away. While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, having a car is recommended to explore all the attractions and dining options in the area. The townhome's central location puts you within a short drive of Walt Disney World (10-15 minutes), Universal Orlando Resort, and other exciting destinations. Public transportation options are available, but they may require transfers and longer travel times. We recommend checking local bus schedules and routes for the most up-to-date information.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



JACUZZI & POOL: Your private jacuzzi on the patio is heated at no extra cost. The communal resort pool is shared with other guests – please follow the posted rules and supervise children at all times.



PARKING: Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. Please keep noise levels respectful, especially in the evenings. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
