We arrived at check in time property was not ready, had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the heat to get in. A few of our elderly family members got sick from the heat. Within about 15 minutes of getting in the house two chairs broke when someone sit in them. My mother ended up on the floor and hurt her back. So we inspected all chairs and found 5 more that were on the verge of breaking. The pool was green and cloudy when we arrived. The outdoor area had not been cleaned at all. We found cigarette buts, fake fingernails and fake eyelashes in and around pool area. The pool was full of other people’s hair. And we could not connect to WiFi. And this was just the most important issue. When I contacted property management the next morning we were then given the correct WiFi password but this is the only issue that was probably dealt with. I spent most of the time on the phone with the lady telling her not to hang up on me. She spent the whole phone conversation trying to get me off the phone instead of dealing with our issues. She made me so mad on the phone I literally lost my cool and I never loose my cool. She made no apologies for the late check in, I was told the condition of the furniture was the owners responsibility so they were not going to do anything, she did say she would have someone come to clean the outside pool area, they never came! And talking with these people on the phone made me so angry I decided I was not spending any more time on my vacation upset. So we cleaned the pool area, and retrieved a pool man from the house next door to help put some chemicals in the pool so we could actually swim and no get sick. I will never come to this area again. I will never rent a property managed by these people, I am aware that because of covid that companies are struggling with getting employees so the fact that we had these issues was not totally unforeseen. What was unforeseen was to total lack of disregard or concerns for our complaints. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER MANAGED BY THESE PEOPLE!
