★ POOL INFO ★
• The pool heat is NOT included in your stay
• Pool heat fee: $35/day + taxes
• Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested with a 3-• day advance notice
• Note: It takes 24 hours for the water to be heated
• Pool size: 12’ x 13’
• It is necessary for you to make sure of your children’s safety which includes supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home.

★ BBQ GRILL RULES ★

The house offers a fixed BBQ grill located in the pool area available for our guests to use. Please see below the usage rules and information:

- Usage fee: $100/stay.
- We do not provide the gas tank, the guest is responsible for the purchase and installation
- If damages are encountered in the pool area and/or inside the house due to misconduct of the grill, a penalty fee of $300 will be applied
- The BBQ grill and area where it is located MUST be cleaned after usage. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied if the area is found in bad condition (includes trash, oil, debris, etc.)
