• Child Safety Alarms: In compliance with Florida safety laws, all sliding doors leading out to the pool deck are equipped with child protection alarms. The alarm system will automatically reset itself immediately after each use.
• Fully Fenced Backyard to ensure a safe environment for young children.

NO SHOES INDOORS
• Please remove shoes inside to help keep the home clean for all guests.

STRICTLY PET-FREE PROPERTY
• To guarantee a clean, pristine environment for all travelers (including those with severe allergies), this home is maintained as a strictly pet-free property. No pets of any kind are permitted on the premises.

• Available FREE of charge to use at your own risk.
• Guests are responsible for their own propane (tank is provided and if needed, a refill exchange at the Mobil/7 Eleven nearby.)

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a starter set of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, a sponge, and laundry detergent. Additional items can be purchased at nearby Walmart or Publix!
