We wanted to provide our guests with a one of a kind design, decor, entertainment, and comforting experience.

All rooms include tempurpedic cooling mattress pads, tempurpedic pillows, comfortable mattresses, smart TVs with complimentary Netflix and Disney+, and a unique and luxurious design.

The property is also protected by ADT's security system to protect your most important asset, your family!

We are infant friendly as well. We provide a foldable crib, high chair, and bathing station.

Where you chose to stay during your vacation is just as important a decision as choosing the vacation destination. That is why when my wife and I designed our home, we designed it with the goal of providing our guests with a magical environment to match your family’s experience at the parks.

As frequent Disney and Universal visitors ourselves, we understand that a full day at the parks can be an extremely exhausting experience. That is why we put extreme focus into the quality of the bedrooms in particular to provide all of our guests with the best resting environment.

High level overview of all rooms: All rooms come equipped with a smart TV ranging from 43-82 inches with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+. All beds are equipped with tempurpedic mattress pads, tempurpedic pillows, and comfortable mattresses to provide an excellent night of sleep after a long day in the Florida sun. All while being surrounded by luxurious designs and decor.

1. The Pink Room: This is a delightful setting. You will be sleeping in a queen size bed, equipped with a cooling mattress and tempurpedic pillows that will provide cool sleep after a fun day spent under the hot Florida sun.

2. The Harry Potter Room: We wanted to provide fans with a unique Harry Potter design that they will enjoy to the fullest.

3. The Princess Room: All princesses deserve to sleep in a room like this. The beds were designed by Disney and guests in this room will be joined by their favorite princesses as well!

4. The Green Room: Our favorite room! We love everything about this room. From the textured wallpaper to the emerald green bed to the exquisite wall gallery.

5. The Master: Sleep within the motto from Walt Disney himself. We wanted to provide the heads of the household with a luxurious experience, deservedly so.

6. The Loft: Entertainment does not need to end when you leave the parks. This area is designed to provide our guests with an at home entertainment area before the park, after the park, or on a day off from the parks . Enjoy the complimentary air hockey, pacman, and 70 inch streaming entertainment.

7. The Living Room: Experience modern design at its finest. From the decor to the 82 inch smart TV, to the design. The couch will make even the most active person decide to take a lazy day off!

8. The Kitchen: Equipped to provide our guests with the best cooking experience away from home. Enjoy the complimentary Nepresso pods, coffee, and tea to start your day off right. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances to make any recipe.

The clubhouse is free to all guests and will be fully available at the end of October!

There is an extra $25 daily fee if you would like to heat the pool.
