Resort gate registration required
All guests must register at the gate with a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID. Uber/Lyft drivers must also show a valid license.
Before arrival, guests are required to send the full list of all guests in the reservation (first and last names). This is required to pre-register everyone and generate the gate access barcode/pass.
An orange pass will be issued at the gate and must remain visible on the dashboard at all times. Photos of the pass are not accepted.
Failure to provide the guest list in advance or to follow community rules may result in delayed access, denied entry, or towing by the HOA.
The Neighborhood:
Located in ChampionsGate Resort, a gated, safe, and family-friendly community close to Orlando’s top attractions. The area offers a true resort atmosphere with landscaped grounds, walking areas, and excellent amenities for groups.
Approximate driving times (traffic varies):
Disney World: 15–20 minutes
Universal Orlando: about 30 minutes
SeaWorld: about 25 minutes
Orlando International Airport (MCO): about 35 minutes
Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets: 5–10 minutes
Getting Around:
Free on-site parking is available at the property.
A car is recommended for flexibility. Easy access to I-4 makes it simple to reach Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, outlets, and major Orlando attractions.
Uber/Lyft are allowed, but drivers must comply with gate registration rules. Additional transportation options may include Amtrak (Kissimmee and Winter Park) and local bus routes (check transit apps for routes and schedules).

Towels and linens
Bath towels and bed linens are provided at check-in.
For hygiene and safety reasons, face towels/washcloths are not provided.
Optional pool heating
$40 per day, 2-night minimum
Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival
Not effective when outdoor temperatures are below 70°F (21°C)
This is a swimming pool, not a hot tub; it heats as a full body of water and will not reach hot-tub temperatures
No refunds for pool heat due to weather or temperature expectations

A digital house manual with home instructions, community rules, and local tips will be shared before arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
Self check-in is available via keypad. A personalized door code will be provided before arrival; there is no need to visit an office.
We are available through platform messaging before, during, and after your stay.
To help us resolve issues quickly, any defects, cleanliness concerns, or malfunctions must be reported within 4 hours of arrival. After that, we will still assist when possible, but pre-existing condition claims may not be supported.
