* Not pet-friendly; service animals and emotional support animals are

animal is a punishable misdemeanor.

similar are not allowed in the community.
* Guests must provide an email to receive communications including
the contract and check-in instructions.

Use of Amenities

* Grills are not allowed on the property.
* Pool and Spa: The pool and spa share the same water system; the
pool spa is not a hot tub. Pool heating needs to be requested 24
hours in advance with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
* The screen doors of the pool enclosure are padlocked for safety and
security; only pool maintenance staff will access it weekly.

Warnings

* The property is located in Florida, where local wildlife and pests
may be present. Although regular pest control service is in place,
sightings of animals or pests cannot be guaranteed; no refunds will
be issued for this.
* Use of community amenities like mini-golf, kayaks, and special
events may incur additional charges.
* Uber, Lyft, and similar services require drivers to present photo
ID and proof of service request to access the community.
