Parking Rules

* Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
* Vehicles must be parked only in approved spaces and should not be
left on the street, on grass, or blocking sidewalks.
* Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats
are not allowed.
* Vehicles parked in violation of the community rules may be towed at
the guest’s expense.

Pool and Amenity Use

* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added
protection.
* Pool heating must be arranged in advance.
* The heated pool temperature does not go above 95°F.
* The attached spa is not a hot tub and does not have jets; it can
only be heated at the same time as the pool.
* Pool heating operates through a heat-exchange system, so
performance may be reduced in colder weather and may be temporarily
unavailable if the safety system activates.

Deliveries and Services

* Daily housekeeping is not provided during the stay.
* Deliveries sent through standard postal service may be returned, as
vacation homes may not be recognised as regular mailing addresses.
* Courier deliveries may be redirected to the clubhouse or may not be
accepted in some cases.
* The property is not responsible for issues related to online orders
or package deliveries.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary
vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an
additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles,
complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through
the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to
be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been
registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time
24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted
re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are
communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
