Thank you for reaching out. We are happy to see overall you liked the home. Pool heat is only an option as some people wont use the pool at all. This particular home does have a gas pool heater which does cost more to run. Since your stay we have replaced all the pillows in the home. Cleaning fees are explained in the booking process and has nothing to do with "Covid". Even pre-covid we always have had a cleaning fee. This is because we have an outside cleaning company come in after your stay to clean the home. Houses are all vacuumed and mopped between stays. In fact the flooring in this particular home is all brand new this year.

Yes, pool heat is an additional cost. We are able to keep the rates lower without including it. Most guests do not ask for this but we do offer it for an extra price. Also you asked about checking out later in the day. This would also be an extra price as we are not able to rent it out if you are staying. Thank you for your feedback.

It is really unfortunate to receive reviews like this especially when unwarranted. Over a week before you arrived, you reached out asking which rental you were staying in. For some reason you think you didnt receive back you booked. I explained to you which house it was and showed you it matched what you booked online. There is no difference. One day into your stay you send me an email saying that your family is having a great time so far. Strange to get this review. Your claim of getting a different house than you booked is false. Regarding lizards and frogs yes, I did say that is normal to see those around in Florida. They are not bother. Your claim of roaches is also false. We had pest control out and no sign of them at all. We do have a pest control company that comes out to maintain so I would be surprised to see them. There is no smell of sewer in the area....another false claim. We supply you with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish tabs, bar soaps, and trash bags. However, they are not meant to last your entire stay. Its just a starter supply. You mention leaving early... also another false claim. I went by the house on your last day your car was still in the driveway.

Thank you for the review. The couch in this house is scheduled to be replaced. Unfortunately we did not know about the hot water issue for the home but glad it came back on. This must have been something with the water company as we did not know of any issues. Pool heat is an extra service we can provide for an additional charge/minimum stay requirements. Thank you for your feedback. The home is thoroughly cleaned in between stays and deep cleaned several times per year. Just before you stayed we had the pool deck and screens pressure washed too. I am not sure what you mean by safety measures. This particular home that you stayed in has many saftely features. we do appreciate feedback though because sometimes if a guest doesnt mention something they see, we may have no idea.

Thank you. The fridge handle was on back order. We just received it in yesterday and has since been replaced. Which TV was not working? We recently replaced the master bedroom TV so all Tvs should have been working.

Generally we do have a gap between stays but in this case we did have to relocate a guest due to an AC issue we had. We have since repaired the broken refridgerator handle, thank you for letting us know about this. We did have a storm come through and this is what caused the damage to the screen. The screen has since been repaired. I am sorry if the lawn guy woke you up, I have communicated to them for a later start if possible. thank you for bringing things to our attention so we can make it right.

This time of year the pool water is always cold for any homes with a pool. We always suggest heating the pool for guest stays October - March. We are aware of the carpet stains in this home as the owner was in the process of replacing them. The "old dishes" you refer to , you told me was because there were Christmas dishes in the home. These are certainly not the only dishes. The owner has them in there for people to use at Christmas time. The blinds you told me about have been replaced. Thank you for letting me know.
