The inviting living area offers two comfortable sofas and an accent chair, centered around a 55" smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. Sliding glass doors open to the spacious south-facing pool deck, complete with loungers and patio seating for soaking up the Florida sunshine.

The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked for your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six—ideal for meals and game nights.

This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter kit with essentials, including:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll

*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish soap
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies such as paper products, toiletries, detergent, coffee, and filters.

Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for maintaining the home during their stay.
