House not clean, dirty pool
We’ve stayed at this resort before, not this specific home, and absolutely love it. However, upon arrival we could tell right away that the home was not throughly cleaned. The carpet was noticeably black and dirty even though there are signs that state not to wear shoes on the carpet. The upstairs king bed mattress was uncomfortable and felt like it was leaning to the side. The upstairs sofa leg was broke, along with the lamp, that seemed to have the shade just resting on it. The bathroom cabinets had smudges all over it and the baseboards were filthy with dust. The dining table chair had a broken arm, the utensils still had food particles on it. The main reason we love this resort so much is because the properties have a private pool. However, this pool was filthy, it had dead worms all over the bottom and tons of bugs on it. So my kids never stepped foot in it. They did provide a net to clean the pool which I tried to do but with that many bugs and worms we couldn’t enjoy it at all. One of the outside chair arms were broke as well and the water hose holder was broke off the house. Overall we enjoyed our week stay but this house needs a serious deep clean.
