Nice Vacation home

I rented a vacation home, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the location of the home was in Clermont, Florida in the Orange Tree subdivision, this home was beautiful. The home was clean but the tv's in the bedrooms were outdated, there were not much cable channels on the tv, it was more like local channels but who is there to watch tv on vacation. There were not too many pots to use for cooking, so there was not much cooking going on becuase there were no pots to use, so we only bbq.

Splendid vacation home

I have to say that this vacation home turned out to look nicer than I expected (it does have a 3 stars). Its more of a 4 stars resort. We appreciated the distance from the theme park and the fact the supermarkets were within a mole radius. My family wants to come back to this location next year.

Televisions need to be updated....realtor came by to show a couple the house while we there..stated the manager told her to come by really...While we are there on vacation..check out time is 10 am..to early..and the cleaning company is the o r who calls and wake you up...who does that

horrible company

They try to trick you by making you call in 7th hrs in advance of stay when all emails say you don't have to do anything else. They were going to keep our money and gave away our rental. When we paid in full. Then you have to pay 25 dollars a day for the spa to be heated. Stay away from this company

Nice house, nice location

This property is located in a very quite area, very spacious and has all you need to rest. the only thing that is not good is that the swimming pool doesn't have heater.

Beautiful house not far from orlando

Villas were really nice. Could have been a little cleaner in some areas of the house. Overall excellent price not far from orlando and the beach with the comfort of home

House Near Disney.

The property was ok. Dead Palm Tree on front lawn. The beds, were hard, not very comfortable. Pool was not heated, and Heater did not work. Gemini did not charge us for the heater. Privacy is lacking, on either side on back yard. This was our first time, and rated were good, compared to what else was available on short notice. You get what you pay for. I guess.

Additional fee's

The house was wonderful. Very clean and safe. However, my issues were the following.1) distance from the parks we were in davenport which is the next city over from the park. 2) when I showed up for my reservation they charged me an insurance fee and a cleaning fee which was not mentioned. You don't get the insurance fee back. 3) the location to check in is not a bonafide office which was hard to find. I will not book through them again. Their accommodations are stellar but the other issues have left me with no desire to use them again.

I really enjoyed the stay. It was for a adventure trip for family and it was a great stay.
