The Space:

You ease into vacation mode as soon as you arrive, with warm Florida air, palm-lined streets, and the promise of easy days ahead. Mornings begin with coffee in a bright, open living space, while afternoons drift between pool time and friendly competition in the game room. Evenings wind down with relaxed conversations and space for everyone to spread out and recharge.



The home

This entire home in Four Corners offers room for families and groups to gather comfortably. The large living area connects naturally to the kitchen and dining space, making it easy to spend time together whether you are cooking, sharing meals, or watching TV. A dedicated game room with an air hockey table and foosball adds built-in entertainment for all ages. Practical comforts like air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer support both short visits and long-term stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features six bedrooms arranged across two levels:



Bedroom 1 (downstairs) - 1 Queen Bed, sleeps 2

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - 1 King Bed, sleeps 2

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - 1 King Bed, sleeps 2

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) - 1 Double bed and 1 One Single Bed, sleeps 2

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) - 2 Twin Beds, sleeps 2

Bedroom 6 (upstairs) - 1 Queen Bed, sleeps 2

Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and hangers are provided for a comfortable stay.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is set up for everyday meals and longer stays, with ample counter space and a dining table nearby. Stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher keep things simple, whether you are preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in. Children’s dinnerware and a high chair make family meals easier.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy the pool area, complete with outdoor furniture for relaxing between swims. The pool offers the option to add heat for an additional charge. A hot tub is also available for unwinding at the end of the day. Resort access allows guests to enjoy shared amenities nearby, including pools, a lazy river, fitness center, and more.



Location

Located at The Retreat at ChampionsGate, everything you need is close by. Disney World is about 15 minutes away, with Universal Studios roughly 25 minutes away. Restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences are within easy reach, making it simple to balance outings with downtime at home.



This pet-friendly home, with self check-in via smart lock and long-term stays allowed, offers a flexible and comfortable base for a Florida getaway focused on space, relaxation, and shared experiences.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
