For long stays of 28 days or more, a 1,500 security deposit is required (charge separately from reservation). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or deep cleaning required. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and maintaining cleanliness throughout the duration of their stay. Any damages or DEEP cleaning fees after the rent expiration will be deducted from the security deposit.



Guest will find in the unit a card to have access to the resort amenities center.

- To minimize person-to-person contact, we will give you a door code, letting you check in and check out without interfacing with staff.

- Our properties are standalone, private vacation homes with no shared amenities.

- Between each stay in a property, our professional housekeeping teams are taking extra precautions to mitigate

the spread of coronavirus. Our cleaning teams have deployed enhanced cleaning procedures, in line with World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommendations.

- We are sanitizing high-touch surfaces and introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping.



Security deposit (charge separately from reservation): $200 Fully refundable if no damages or cleaning issues at the property, up to 7 business days after check out.
