IMPORTANT NOTES

NO SMOKING - All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

NO PETS - No pets of any kind are permitted.

CLEANING - Please tidy up and leave the home as you found it. Your cleaning fee covers general house cleaning and laundering of linens. Excess cleaning will result in additional charges.

ACCIDENTS - We realise that accidents happen, but please be sure to report them
BEFORE you check out. Failure to notify us will result in a $200 fee in addition to the repair costs

NO PARTIES - Parties and unauthorised events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes, and strict compliance with respect for neighbours is required. Guests who disregard this policy will be evicted by local law enforcement officers without a refund.
