Smart TV with Bluray and Sound System, perfect for watching your
favorite TV shows and movies. The other living room is meant for
relaxing and visiting featuring comfortable seating. The updated
kitchen features upgraded cabinetry and kitchen sink, granite counter
tops and black stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats 8,
while the kitchen nook seats an additional 4 (there's also seating
available for poolside dining). Relax outside lying on one of the many
lounge chairs by your very own pool and spal while enjoying the sun!
There is a large, screened-in lanai with a shaded canopy, comfortable
seating and a dining area as well. In the laundry room, there is a
full-size washer and dryer. This home is situated in the Emerald Island
Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate
at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a
fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and
beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will
benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and
three different children's play areas.
