Top hotel nahe Seaworld
Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr schöner neuer Ausstattung Unweit von Seaworld. Uber kostet zwischen 6-8 usd nach Seaworld. Zimmer geräumig und komfortabel, Pool sehr gut und kleiner gartenbereuch in dem man chillen kann. Top Empfehlung . Allerdings war das Frühstück am Morgen eine Katastrophe, so gut wie nichts war verfügbar , dreckiges Geschirr stapelte sich auf den Tischen. Offensichtlich fehlte Personal. Die vorhandenen Mitarbeiter gaben ihr bestes aber passieren sollte so etwas nicht zu oft

Its was nice that pet's was allowed. Friendly staff. Bad stuff: The confusien about parking and payment for parking was weird. It was told 6 night pay. everything else would be free. Was charede for 8 nights. On my card then removed the chared another about to make it fit. A little confused. Seems like even the staff didnt know the parking roules. But it did work out. But should have more check on these things the write and tell. The "tighty up" of the room is towls but in place and making the bed. Floor would still have hair everywhere. When we came back. When we arrived the drain was clogged with hair. Removed it our selfs cause we couldnt use the shower. Took 1 day to get a showergel refill. Overall its a good hotel and friendly people and staff. The tight up of the rooms couls use a little nod up. But would visit again. If they get better with the cleanin In between: Breakfeast was good on the fresh made dish ( mostly egg based . Not much to chose from. Could use some more toppings for your toast other then jelly and peatnutbutter.

Could not give an extra towel UNLESS you called and requested and even then it took three hours. ( even if you brought them your used towels so they knew you weren’t stealing, I assume they have problem with theft that is why no extra towels)The beds are right next to wall, no way to lay down except climb up from bottom of bed to pillows if on side next to wall. The gentleman that checked me in was nice, although nothing was explained, just given a paper to read.

I cannot give this hotel enough praise. The room was so nice and very clean when we checked in. The entire staff was so curteous and welcoming. Little touches of home made our stay very easy with a newly traveling toddler. The hotel was very family friendly and even has a splash pad for the littles! The pool area was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and the ladies making it were so friendly. So many restaurants around and even a publix close by! Very close to Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica.

I like this hotel but the second day and third day bothered me for breakfast. The first day was fine but Wednesday rubbed me wrong. I stood in the line to get hot food. The woman serving didn’t ask anyone before me for room keys than when it got to me she did I explain I left my key in my room and she hesitated to serve me until I said she didn’t ask the people before me and that I verbally gave my room number. She told me next time have your key I said no problem than after me she didn’t ask any customer but I brushed it off. Next day on my check out day she asked for my card again I showed it to her this time but again she no one else. I felt uncomfortable because I am black and she wasn’t asking anybody else even when my husband came down she asked him and nobody else. If yall have individual stealing breakfast this place need to find a better way because when I was present none of the other ethic groups were asked just us which gave us pause. This experience made me very uncomfortable I wouldn’t stay here again.

Property was very clean and staff was super nice. But the surprise 24 dollar charge to park on the property was unacceptable. This will keep me from returning to this hotel ever again. Sad because it was a lovely hotel. But I’ve never had to pay to park at a hotel I’ve paid good money to stay at.
