Parking

• Maximum 3 vehicles per reservation

The home’s private parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Please make sure all vehicles are parked fully within the marked lines.

Street parking and parking outside of designated areas are not permitted by the community HOA.



Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in / late check-out: $45 per hour (subject to availability)



Grill Rental (Optional)

• 4-burner grill: $105 per week (includes propane)

• Additional days: $15/day

• Extra propane refill: $40



Additional Notes

• Starter supplies provided upon arrival

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Trash must be bagged and placed in bins at the front of the home

• HOA collects trash daily in the morning
