Room needs updating- Sofa comfy- bed comfy. Bathroom floor dirty and vanity on side dirty. No bath vents.TV ( look like it was about to fall - on wall wopsided) TV bedroom did not work (tried and tried). No heat till day before we left. Guy came up to look and said he would come back -never did. My husband opened vent and said filter was so very dust and looked well past time to change. He flipped a switch and heater worked and then got cold again. So Very cold in Lobby and All dining areas. Air conditioning was on.. I could feel the cold air from vent. Same as Room… heat set but cold air. (I had bed refreshed on 2nd day- cleaning lady very nice) checked out on Monday- young man at front desk was very kind, professional, and accommodating (wish more staff would go extra mile). Our flight was late so we missed dinner/ food/ snack place 11pm. I asked why no snacks were sold at check in - staff said “sorry” ( cookies were given but sweets I could not eat at the time) (Hamptons sell snacks to accommodate late check-ins. We had no vehicle so we could not go anywhere. Not what I expected…
