This home's stunning open concept main floor has plenty of seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy. Inside or out on the lanai, this beautiful home is perfect for relaxing after a long day! Let Alexa assist you with your stay as she walks you through a recipe while the rest of the family enjoys the ROKU television (which also offers live cable tv). Two sets of grand rear doors open to the private lanai with a personal hot tub, dining are and, lounge chairs.
Upstairs offers 2 large bedrooms. The expansive master features a king bed, tv, dresser and a personal work space for those days you need to check in at the office. 😉 Let the kids enjoy the classical vision of Mickey’s fun room. Bunkbeds, personal sofa and tv area for kids/teens of all ages to hang out and enjoy
We provide a starter kit of essentials in the home, giving you the chance to get settled, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two.
Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to trek back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, two game rooms and a restaurant/bar for evening meals. The pool area is equipped with free WIFI for your enjoyment.

Regal Oaks is a true hidden gem. It's central location and close proximity to Walt Disney World make this resort the perfect choice for many area attractions. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, you are sure to enjoy your time here. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home and have a light day of activities for the family.

Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
