This house is located in a very secure neighborhood, with 24-hour security and gated fences to ensure privacy and security.

*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 85°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
