I recently had the pleasure of staying at Courtyard Marriott at Lake Buena Vista, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Jose from guest services, who was exceptional in ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival. His professionalism and friendliness set the tone for a fantastic stay. The entire staff at the hotel was incredibly nice, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any needs. The rooms were immaculate, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The checkout process was equally impressive. KellyAnn managed my departure with efficiency and a cheerful demeanor, making the end of my stay just as pleasant as the beginning. Overall, the Courtyard Marriott at Lake Buena Vista exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional staff. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

We had a minor inconvenience happen at first since when we booked our stay the minimum check in was 18 and even up to a month prior to staying it was still 18 , however to our surprise when we landed is that it changed to 21 , so we called and were told it shall be respected. That was until one of the front desk ladies was not entirely nice with us, but thankfully the manager was very helpful to get our stay approved since we were 20 with no family around us.

This property was amazing! From easy check in, great pool area to friendly staff! There is no better area then where this hotel is located as well so much to do within the distance and only 12 minutes away from Disney and 5 minutes from Disney springs! You’re missing out if you haven’t stayed here!

When checking in it took longer than 20 minutes, there were two people there but one wasn’t helping she was doing something on the computer. Our room had I’m assuming the previous person who stood there dirty old white socks. House keeping only came 1 day and I was there for 4 nights, I had to look for the house keeping to ask for more towels toilet paper.

The property is safe, nice and staff is very courteous and helpful; in my opinion the rooms are not very well lit inside (it feels like old light bulbs with dim lights), bed is ver comfortable, shower, restroom, sofa-bed very good. Since day one I reported that the air condition on the room was not working properly (the fan never turned off, regardless of the Cool/off/heat switch position and the Fan switch on the "auto" or "on" position) this caused too much noise while trying to sleep, but the condition never got fixed (if "cool" and auto" switch positions are selected, the fan must turn off when the AC compressor is off, which never happenned) but other than this inconvenience, everything else was flawless

Steve at the front desk was the best. I observed all staff at the front desk during my stay and he was by far the best and friendliest. All in all stay was good. I didnt know about the $200 deposit ahead of time. Restaurant and bar areas were a little dirty though. Again Steve was the best, give that man a raise.

Hôtel à proximité de Disney et Universal studio, près des magasins et de restaurants. L’hôtel est propre, très belle piscine. Un peu bruyant, on attend les personnes parler dans le couloir dans notre chambre. Services de navette pour les parcs par contre les heure ne sont pas pratique. Quitte pour Disney vers 10h am mais parfait pour le retour à 10h15 pm. Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant.

This was the absolute worst hotel and service i have ever stayed at. We arrived for check in and had paid in advance for a balcony room with a pool view. Upon arrival the staff was extremely rude and did not have a room ready for me, my pregnant wife, and 2 year old daughter even though i called before and still didnt arrive until 4pm. They made us wait for almost and hour past our check in time and finally came back and said our room was ready. We were on the first floor in an absolutely filthy room. The toilet wasnt flushed for starters. The patio door was bolted shut, water barely trickled out of the faucet and the shower. The lights in the bathroom didnt work at all. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room as we paid a premium for the one we were expecting. They declined and said they were full. The next day we were at disney all day and came back around 5pm and room service never came to clean our room. I went back to the front desk and they acted like it wasnt a big deal. No clean towels at all for me to give my daughter a bath. I asked once again for another room and they declined once again. The front desk was extremely rude and spoke amongst themselves in spanish laughing at the situation. I travel weekly for work and this was the absolute worst customer service, dirtiest room, and disrespectful staff. I also asked for a refund to leave after the first night and they refused. I would never stay here again and makes me questions the chain in general.

The breakfast was very expensive for what you got. It was cold, stale, and gross. The pancakes were like rubber. The only good thing was the Mickey waffles. The complimentary breakfast at other hotels is way better than this. This should be cheaper or free. It was gross.

Fantastic place to stay! The staff are friendly, the rooms are both nice and clean, and the pool areas are great! The only miss is the breakfast buffet, the food was cold and the selection was limited, not worth the money. The bar and coffee shop however were phenomenal. This was my second stay and I will absolutely be back! Tip: A balcony room overlooking the pool is the way to go! It gives your stay a resort-like feel! (Sunset pool may be better for those who don’t have children)

This was my second stay at the Courtyard. I came from California to Florida to bring my baby boy to Disney world for his birthday as I did 1 year ago. I had to stay here again because it was nice clean and the staff were very pleasant. My son enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed everything. I didn’t have to go far for a meal. My room was as expected. I will be returning again.
