The outside looks ordinary but the inside and backyard are beautiful. It was wonderful to have all the bathrooms and multiple sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is connected to both the indoor living space and outdoor areas. I loved that the gazebo was a distance away from the house so that early morning risers and late-night folks could be outside talking without interfering with sleeping guests.
The host was incredibly gracious, always available to answer questions, thoughtful of our needs, and truly concerned that we felt as if this was our home for the week.
There were many little conveniences that the host thought to provide: kitchen appliances and dishware, pool toys and floaties, games, extra-large umbrellas for the rain (needed when we attended a wedding while it rained), and bathroom amenities.
The house is on a kind of busy road (there is a side road frontage that makes for easy in/out. From the outside, you couldn't imagine how lovely it is. The house was close to everything we needed in Winter Park. As a bonus, a second family group rented the house a couple of doors down. This made our trip even more fantastic. It was easy to visit each other but also have our separate spaces. If you have a large family, this is a perfect arrangement. One house we set up for young children; the other house for adult children. It worked out well for naptimes and socializing.
I would definitly stay here again!
