Pool Heating Fee: $35 per day (2 consecutive day minimum required). Please, inquire at least 48 hours in advance. Once pool heat is requested and paid for by the guest, it will be turned on and set to 85ºF - 90ºF. Spillover Spa and Pool are both heated by the same pool heater and will have the same temperature.
In case Guest wishes a specific temperature, we may accommodate, if there is no stress / damage to the equipment. Be aware that the pool may take 24 hrs+ for the pool to heat up or cool down to its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

WELCOME AMENITIES: The following starter supplies in the unit upon your arrival: 1 bar of hand soap per sink, 1 trash bag per trash can, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

ONLINE PURCHASES & DELIVERIES (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, Amazon, UberEATS, Instacart, Shipt etc.)
• You may send deliveries to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
**If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender**

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments.

TRASH DISPOSAL: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13-gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash cans outside, in front of the property.

RESORT + HOME ACCESS: Full names for all Guests in the group must be provided upon booking in the VRBO chat with Host, to gain access to the Property and Resort.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.

PARKING: 2-Car Garage, Driveway parking, and ample parking adjacent to house available inside gated community.
