with an adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs, the excitement continues with a home theater featuring
plush recliner seating for 6, plus 6 more bedrooms, including a king suite, two fun twin rooms
(Super Heroes and Princess), and uniquely designed queen rooms (Girl Stylized and Old Car).
A mix of shared and private bathrooms ensures convenience for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a
breakfast island for casual seating. Gather at the formal dining area for family meals or step into
the open-plan living area for relaxed evenings.

The dedicated Super Heroes-custom games room offers a pool table, foosball, and basketball
arcade, keeping guests of all ages entertained. Outside, your screened-in private pool with

• POOL HEAT:
The pool heater feature is available for $35 + tax/day with a 3-day minimum. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F.

Please note that we do not offer grill as standard feature of our properties - However, we can rent a grill for your stay; Please contact us for more information
