The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen includes the appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Enjoy meals together in the dining area or gather around the breakfast bar for casual bites and conversation.



Open the sliding glass doors and step onto the covered lanai, where you can dine outdoors and enjoy views of the lake. The private pool and spa create your own peaceful retreat for sunny afternoons and relaxing evenings.



The first floor also features a spacious king bedroom with a crib and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub.

🔷 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY 🔷



🔹 PARKING



A maximum of five vehicles is permitted per reservation. All vehicles must follow Solterra Resort’s parking and community regulations.



🔹 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT



Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM



Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $45 per additional hour, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm whether your requested time is available.



🔹 TRASH COLLECTION



Place all household waste in 13-gallon trash bags and leave the securely tied bags inside the trash bins located at the front of the home. The HOA collects trash each morning.



🔹 OPTIONAL POOL & SPA HEATING



Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day. For the best possible temperature upon arrival, we recommend requesting this service at least three days before check-in.



🔹 OPTIONAL GRILL RENTAL



A four-burner grill can be rented for $105 per week and includes one full propane tank.



Additional rental days: $15 per day

Additional propane refill: $40



🔹 STARTER SUPPLIES



A complimentary starter supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided. Guests staying for an extended period should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.



🔹 TOWEL USE



Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only. The pool towels provided at the home may be used exclusively around the villa’s private pool.



Please bring your own towels when visiting the resort clubhouse, water park, community pool, beach, or other locations away from the home.



🔹 QUIET HOURS



Community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.



🔷 SOLTERRA RESORT CLUBHOUSE ACCESS 🔷



Guests who wish to use the Solterra Resort clubhouse and community amenities must register and pay a one-time resort amenity fee. The fee is charged per reservation—not per guest or per day—and covers the entire stay.



🔹 1–12 guests: $35 plus tax

🔹 13 or more guests: $45 plus tax



Payment is made directly at the clubhouse upon arrival. Card and contactless payments are accepted; cash is not accepted. Guests who do not plan to use the clubhouse facilities are not required to pay the fee.



During registration, the primary guest must complete the resort waiver and consent form. Guests will receive resort access cards, a four-digit fitness-center access code, and wristbands based on the number of registered occupants. Access cards and wristbands must be carried while using the pool and clubhouse areas, as resort staff may check them.



For stays longer than one week, wristbands must be renewed weekly at the clubhouse. Access-card quantities are limited according to resort policy.

Private cabanas may be available for rent:



🔹 Weekdays: $75

🔹 Weekends: $100



Cabanas and resort amenities are subject to availability, operating hours, and community policies. Some facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance. Only registered guests may use the amenities.



Resort fees, policies, and availability are established by the HOA and may change without notice.



Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.



NOTE: There will be a separate fee for resort amenities. Please contact the resort concierge for further details.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
